Jake Owen: [:35] “I’m really lucky to have a really cool little piece of heaven away from town that after all these years, it’s really great to come home to one of my favorite parts of living on a piece of property is taken walks, you know, with with Erica and my family or riding around my little girl as a go kart, she rips around on her go kart makes me laugh. And it’s just it’s a fun place. Got a little tiki talk where we have some little shindigs with some fun bands that come and play, and we always have a good way and reason to throw a good time party.”
