Question: Tell me about your hometown…
Hailey Whitters: “I grew up in a cornfield in the middle of Iowa. We have lots of corn in Iowa. In fact, my fans have named me the Corn Queen, which I think is hilarious and absolutely love. I’m proud to be their corn queen. But I grew up in a small town and, you know, everybody knew everybody. Everybody had everybody’s back. And I’m so grateful to have grown up that way, you know, maybe a little bit slower, a country kid for sure. But to be able to grow up that way, I think is so much a part of the reason of who I am today and why I’m the way that I am.”
