Question: Tell me about going on tour with Luke Combs soon! Hailey Whitters: “I’ve known Luke… so get this… I’ve known Luke since I think 2015, 2016. Like before he even moved to Nashville. We had the same booking agent, and I remember my agent called me and I was like, hey, would you go open for this guy named Luke Combs in? I think it was North Carolina. And I was like driving out to the show. I’m like, who the heck is this guy? He had like dropped hurricane, but that was about all he had out online. And I showed up at the shows and they were just packed to the brim. I was like, what in the world? Like, Nashville has not caught on to this yet. And, you know, here we are all these years later. Y’all know he is a big ol deal, and I am just so pumped that he asked. I’m so excited to see those crowds and it’ll be my first time playing stadiums.”

Question: Any cool moments that stand out on the tour? Larry Fleet: “I mean, every night is like that. It amazes me that still this day that, you know, people sing something that you wrote, and that’s always a cool feeling because for so long, you know, playing bars and trying to get to where I’m at now, you just want somebody to pay attention. And, now they do, and they sing the songs that you you hope they sing back. But, I mean, every night is cool because you get to meet new people and, and there’s a lot of kids that come out and stuff, and I’ve been noticing that, and that’s really cool. And they, you know, they’re big fans because their parents are fans. And so that’s always fun.”

Morgan Wallen: “Yeah, I started playing piano when I was seven years old, and I learned to play it classically and played for a few years, and then I kind of just, just didn’t really play any instruments for a while because I was so focused on on baseball. But I guess I don’t know, once I got to be a I mean, I was in high school and I kind of started picking it up again, just messing around with it. I didn’t really take it serious or anything. But I started playing it and writing songs and stuff on it when I was 19 or so. So I’ve been playing it a long time. Yeah. I mean, I don’t I don’t necessarily think I have written anything specifically for piano, because I know that sand in my boots probably is not going anywhere in my state for a long time. But if if a song, you know, comes to me and I and I and I write it on the piano, then I think it would be cool. But I don’t I don’t really know. I think it’s in my boots. Kind of just has got I got that spot held down for now. “
