Question: Favorite side dish?
HARDY: [:12] “My mom makes this things, it’s like these green beans, and she wraps them in bacon and melts brown sugar and rolls it in brown sugar, and then it like hardens and it’s like green bean bacon candy. It’s crazy, but it’s like so good.”
Question: Do you bring anything to Thanksgiving?
HARDY: [:17] “No, I mean, I actually cook a really, really good chili. I have that I have brought to Thanksgivings before as more of like an evening like watching football kind of deal. And my mom is always telling me to bring something and I’ll stop at the store and bring it. But I don’t have like a designated thing that I bring.”
Question: Do you like cranberry sauce?
HARDY: [:08] “Yeah, I do, and I like cranberry sauce in the stuffing, for sure. We call it dressing and apparently it’s two different things. I didn’t know that, but yeah, I like that.”
Question: Least favorite side dish?
HARDY: [:19] “Least favorite. You know what’s funny? I don’t like Turkey because it’s dry, dude, and it’s not good. I don’t know. Ham is good because ham is very moist. I hate that word, but it’s very moist. But turkey is so dry and it’s never. Maybe I haven’t had the right kind yet, but every turkey Thanksgiving turkey I’ve ever eaten has been dry and I never eat at all.”
